By commissioning me [the artist], you agree to the ToS provided below and also agree to abide by them. You [the customer] agree that you are purchacing my services only and at any time you have a problem, they may be discussed prior to paying for your commission.(Please take into account that I only accept payment through; Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo.)Please read the following terms carefully:
➙ I, AbsoluteZero / Zero the prizimix [ the artist ] . . .• I reserved the right to cancel / refuse service at any time and for any reason.• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.• I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.• I will NOT profit from the commissioned artwork outside of the commission itself. ( No reselling it or making merchandise from said commission )• I will NOT profit from any adopts I have made other than the purchase of said adopt to adopt.• I will NOT use a customer's personal information for a custom product (pins, stickers, keychains, etc.) for any other purposes other than getting the custom product to said customer.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio / gallery for examples.• I refused to do any commissions for Homophobia, Hate imagery, Racism, Zooaphile content as well as CP, Cub and other illegal content.⋆⋆⋆✦⋆⋆⋆➙ You, [ the customer / comissioner] . . .• you may NOT request any comissioned artwork of the following ; NSFW (fetish / sexual content) or Illegal content.• You may upload your commissioned work anywhere you wish or use it as you see fit.• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork or Custom Accessories unless you wish to buy the license for the artwork ( reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, make prints, etc. )• You MAY resell the comissioned artwork if it is part of an adoptable. You must discuss this with me ( the artist ) first.• If prices change after a commission has been started, You are NOT inclined to pay that price but instead the price that the commission was before it was started.• You may NOT sell any adopts made by me for more than what you have purchased them for.• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork or Custom Accessory for commercial purposes. The license to the artwork may be purchased at any time if you do wish to use them for such.
